Our flagship product, obtained from a selection of olives harvested in advance.
It presents itself to the nose with aromas of freshly mown grass, artichoke, Mediterranean aromatic herbs and fresh almond.
It is confirmed to the taste in an even broader and more balsamic complexity.
Bitterness and spiciness are perfectly balanced, persistent and clean.

The Biologico
It has the scents of the vegetable garden, of the stalk, of the tomato, of the rocket, of the green olive and of the black pepper.
The taste is presented in a coherent way, while the bitter and spicy are not very intrusive.
Available in 750ml bottles and in 3L and 5L Bag-in-Boxes.
